Bring your harvest to tables in your region regularly. SaisonBox gives you a way to sell your vegetable subscription while keeping direct contact with your customers. Our apps support ordering, packing and delivery, and we take care of invoicing for you.

How customers find your farm

On app.saisonbox.ch, customers enter their postcode and see your products if they live in your delivery area. You present your farm under its own name and decide which SaisonBox options and extras to offer.

1. Talk through your plans together. We get to know your farm and show you the apps. Together, we look at how SaisonBox fits your products and the way you work.
2. Set up your farm. You define your delivery area, products and prices. Your offer is ready before the first customers place an order.
3. Pack and deliver orders. Your customers manage their subscriptions themselves. You prepare and deliver their orders, and SaisonBox sends the invoices.

Your farm stays in your hands

You decide what goes into your SaisonBox and what prices to charge. Your customers know your farm and contact you directly about the products. You manage your customers and product range in the app. You can offer home delivery, farm pickup or collection points.

Less invoicing work for your farm

SaisonBox sends customer invoices, reconciles incoming payments and handles payment reminders. At the end of the month, you receive a credit note for the sales recorded. We set out the details in our cooperation agreement.

We maintain the apps and keep developing them. Promotional materials such as farm signs, clothing and flyers are also available for your farm.

Plan your harvest with upcoming orders in mind

Six days before delivery, you receive an order forecast. Final delivery notes are usually ready one day before delivery; you can adjust this timing. Within each delivery area, the notes are sorted according to the planned route.

Three connected apps follow your orders from preparation to your customers' front doors:

Manage orders and products

In the Producer app, you manage customers, products and boxes. You adapt your range to the season, set delivery areas and plan for public holidays and farm vacations. You also manage packing slips, delivery notes and your employees' access rights here.

Pack and weigh boxes

The Packer app guides you through orders and can connect to a scale. You see which products belong in each box and can account for substitutions. The app shows when weight or price is within the specified five percent tolerance.

Keep track of your delivery route

In the Driver app, your drivers find addresses in route order along with customers' delivery instructions. Maps help them find their way. Drivers can also update the number of empty boxes directly at each stop.

Would SaisonBox suit your farm?

SaisonBox is for farms selling directly to customers, with a range that can fill a SaisonBox through as much of the year as possible. You can add products from neighboring farms. As a guide, around 60 percent should come from your own farm, with other products sourced within roughly 30 kilometers. We discuss what works for your farm together.

Insulated boxes in two sizes are available for deliveries. They protect products from summer heat and winter cold; at the customer's home, they should be left in the shade or under cover where possible.
