How your vegetable subscription works
With your SaisonBox, you regularly have fresh vegetables at home and discover what the season has in store for your kitchen. You choose your farm, the right quantity and how often it arrives. You can also adjust your subscription for vacations or when you still have plenty left.
Your first SaisonBox in three steps
You can order right here on the website or use the SaisonBox app for Android or iOS.
- Check your postcode. On the homepage, you can see which farms deliver to you. You can browse their products without an account.
- Choose your SaisonBox. Compare the products and choose the right box size. Decide how often you would like a delivery and whether you prefer home delivery or, where available, pickup at the farm or a collection point.
- Activate your subscription. Create an account with your contact details and address. Once you are happy with your choices, activate your Subscription at the top of the app. Your next delivery day will then appear below the logo.
Which SaisonBox suits your household?
Many farms offer vegetable boxes in several sizes and a separate fruit box. The sizes below give you a starting point. How much you need also depends on how often you cook with vegetables and how much you enjoy them.
- Small for 1-2 people
- Medium for 3-4 people
- Large for 5-6 people
You can see each farm's available products and prices before activating your subscription. Depending on the range, you can add fruit, eggs, bread or other products, either once or with every delivery.
Fresh vegetables at your own pace
Choose weekly deliveries or a delivery every two weeks. If your needs change, you can adjust the frequency in your subscription. Changes are possible until your farm starts preparing the next delivery.
If there is a vegetable you do not like
We want you to enjoy your SaisonBox. Under Subscription in the menu, you can tell us which products you would rather leave out. Your farm will replace them where the season and available products allow.
Have it delivered or pick it up yourself
You do not need to be at home for a delivery. Under Delivery note, tell the driver where to leave the insulated box. It will arrive during the delivery day; we cannot promise a specific time.
Depending on the farm, you can also pick up your SaisonBox at the farm or a collection point. This is a place where your farm delivers your order for you to collect. Choose the option that suits your day in your subscription.
A break for vacations or a well-stocked kitchen
You can skip one or two deliveries or pause your subscription indefinitely. Choose your pause in the app before preparation for the next delivery begins. Depending on the farm, this is one or two days before delivery. Orders that have already been prepared must be paid for.
If you do not want any more deliveries, leave your subscription paused. You can also delete your account under Help. You will find more details in our frequently asked questions.
One invoice for the whole month
At the beginning of the following month, you will receive a combined invoice by email. You can pay by e-banking, eBill, TWINT or credit card. In the app, your invoices are under Orders & Invoices.
Prices and delivery charges are listed for each farm. Delivery is free for orders of CHF 100 or more per delivery.
If something is not right
Please report any quality issues directly to your farm within 12 hours of delivery. They know your order and can help you with it. For questions about the app or an invoice, we are happy to help at SaisonBox.
